    Invitation from Admiral Count and Countess Heihachiro Togo, Imperial Japanese Navy, requesting that LCdr. and Mrs. Hutchison attend a garden party at the Imperial Garden, Tokyo, on 21 October 1908, during the "Great White Fleet"'s visit to Japan.
    At the time, LCdr. Hutchison was Executive Officer of USS Wisconsin (Battleship # 9).
