If you wish to learn something of facts and hype, I suggest that you very, =
very carefully read through the archives of this forum.
I agree that it may not be good for hydrolysate to sit in the heat but it i=
s not accurate to say that it is turned into emulsion.
Hydrolysate indicates enzymatic digestion. This is not reversed because the=
product sits in the sun.
