The 6th. of July 1970 was a hot and sunny day in London so I suggested we take a stroll to Kensal Rise Cemetry, just 10 minutes walk from my place in Portobello Road, for the photo session. It's a big place full of exotic and extravagant tombs of dead colonialists from Victorian times, statues, temples and shrines, very overgrown, green and peaceful. I often went there to spend a few hours away from the noise of traffic and the band seemed to relax and even enjoy themselves.
