On Monday, Nov. 17, the Chapel Hill Town Council will discuss four development projects and will hear public comments on each.
• Southern Village: A six-story, 90,000-square-foot hotel or multi-family development located in the parking area in the commercial center between Market, Kildaire and Aberdeen streets.
• The Campus at Vilcom/Chapel Hill 40: A four-story, 80,000-square-foot hotel and 155-space parking lot at the Weaver Dairy Road development.
• Old Chapel Professional Center: A two-story, 12,600-square-foot building and a one-story, 6,600-square-foot building would replace two single-family homes currently on the property at 5620 Old Chapel Hill Road.
• Fraley Property: A two-story, 49,000-square-foot office/retail building; a two-story, 78,500-square-foot residential building; and 32 townhouses would replace two single-family homes currently on the property at 2214 and 2312 Homestead Road.
