Project Connect Orange County, a free program to aid those experiencing or at risk of homelessness, will be held at Hargraves Community Center on Oct. 11 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The event will connect those in need with essential services such as health and dental care, mental health and substance-abuse treatment, housing resources, employment, education and job-training assistance, legal services, social services, veterans’ services and voter registration.
