New cable lineup
Time Warner recently announced an extensive revamping of its channel lineup. The new lineup will launch in Chapel Hill and Carrboro on June 16, according to the company.
Board member sought

Interstate 40 repairs
The N.C. Department of Transportation has announced that pavement repair operations have begun that will require the closure of I-40 westbound to through traffic overnight between N.C. 86 at Mile Marker 266 and the I-85/I-40 merge at Mile Marker 259.

The Orange County Board of Commissioners will hold a budget work session tonight (Thursday) at 7 p.m. at the Southern Human Services Center.
Council mulls budget
The Chapel Hill Town Council held a budget work session Wednesday evening to nail down final points in the town’s 2010-11 budget. The board is scheduled to adopt a final version of the budget on June 7.
