International Liaison Officer (ILO)

ILO is responsible to the Assistant Provost for International Affairs and coordinates international visitors and delegations. When such contacts lead to negotiating formal agreements with foreign universities and institutions, the ILO supports Carolina faculty and administration in drafting and finalizing agreements and memoranda. The International Linkages Database is managed by the ILO who also is the Administrative Director for the North Carolina Teaching Asia Network (NCTAN), a Freeman Foundation program. Please visit the ILO and Protocol website for additional information.
