The US Department of State annually reports on the status of Human Rights in the world. These reports are released by the Department of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor.

The structure of each report is not hard to follow, and can easily be used for research and/or study. I have copied entries for several countries in East Asia exactly as they appear in the Reports.
